Dragon sightings in DC

Haley with DragonMy niece just sent me this photo. Clearly, the DC area is suffering from a dragon infestation, and it’s time for me to write the next Slayers. I’ll be in DC for a couple of days next month and will be looking around for good places that the dragons can destroy. You can thank me later, DC.

I stared at my earlier synopsis today, and then went and painted doors. Not much progress, I admit.

So excited. I was searching for things to fill up free shipping on my amazon today so of course I searched C.J. Hill and lo and behold there were a couple books I hadn’t heard of by her, upon further search, it wasn’t you. Sad to not have discovered two unread books of yours, but glad I didn’t miss some announcement of yours.

Yeah, now there are a couple of other authors named CJ Hill. Who knew it was going to be such a popular name?

Well, I don’t know if it’s good news or bad news that no, the dragon isn’t real. None have been seen rampaging through DC. However, fun fact, China actually has dragon sitings the same way the US has Bigfoot sightings.

Yes, fortunately dragons only exist in fiction. But they are fun to read about and apparently also pretty easy to photoshop into pictures.
